It's 2024, renewed HOPE has arrived.

With the beginning of a new year, the reflection arises: does everything change? The obvious answer is: NO. I believe that the new year does not bring automatic changes, but it opens up new opportunities, ambitions, and goals.

In summary, the new year brings us the much-desired HOPE.

Hope for the continuity of evolution. Hope to find new opportunities for prosperity. Hope to achieve new goals and objectives. Hope to be better for ourselves and for all those around us. Hope to overcome all adversities and obstacles.

The future will depend on us, individually and collectively. Everything will depend on our positioning as individuals and professionals.

Regarding the real estate sector, I believe that the evolution and transformation of its activities will continue, increasingly accelerated and driven by the needs of people. All decisions related to urban planning, architectural definition of real estate assets, and their operationalization should prioritize the needs of people (or users).

Individually, I have set very simple goals:

Reach the end of the year 2024 with the certainty that I have done everything possible not to feel "unconformed" with the results. I intend to be more collaborative. I intend to be more disciplined in my objectives. I intend to help more people achieve their goals.

In summary, I am fully aware of the challenges in our industry and intend to be part of the solutions.
