Who I Am

I challenged myself to write about this new chapter in my life - something I never thought I’d do. But it feels right.

My name is Pedro Almeida, and for me, Real Estate has always been more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to create a real impact in people’s lives and the market itself. I see real estate as more than transactions and numbers: it’s about finding solutions, creating opportunities, and breathing new life into spaces with untapped potential.

My journey hasn’t been linear. I started trying to sell houses in 2016, and after finishing my degree in 2019, I began working in Auditing. I later moved into Pension Fund Investments and eventually found my way back to real estate, where I deepened my knowledge in Valuation and Investment Analysis.

My passion for investments started in 2016 when I first explored cryptocurrencies and financial markets. Since then, I’ve gone through different phases, ventured into new areas, made mistakes, learned, and adapted along the way. I’ve always been drawn to challenges, and this constant drive to innovate and learn has brought me here.

Today, I’m dedicated to transforming and "activating" properties, finding solutions that maximize their value. I believe every project has a unique purpose—whether it’s renovating an apartment, restoring a building, developing a new project, or simply improving how we live and work.

My Professional Goal and Purpose

More than just analyzing and evaluating properties, my commitment is to present strategic solutions that empower our clients to make informed decisions, enhancing the value of their assets.

With rapid technological advancements and the cultural shift within the industry, I strongly believe we’re moving towards a real estate market where transparency and personalized service will be increasingly crucial.

While I understand the importance of immediate results, I focus on long-term thinking, prioritizing lasting, trust-based relationships.

As a professional, I follow three core principles:

  • Transparency – Always clear and honest communication, with no surprises or empty promises.

  • Strategic Vision – Beyond buying, renovating, building, or selling, every decision is made with a clear goal: to maximize asset value.

  • Efficiency Focus – Each project comes with unique challenges; finding the right solution at the right time is key.

My work mainly focuses on three essential areas:

  • Asset Analysis and Valuation – Conducting thorough, market-based evaluations of properties.

  • Consulting for Investors and Property Owners – Crafting tailored strategies, recognizing each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

  • Project Management and Development – Overseeing each phase, from concept to commercialization, ensuring projects reach their full potential.

In the short to medium term, alongside my team, the goal is to take the next step by embracing technological innovation, promoting sustainable housing models, and establishing strategic partnerships to scale real estate development operations.

How 2024 Went:

The past year brought significant challenges, but also important achievements:

  • Project Diversification – I worked with different types of assets, broadening my market vision and experience.

  • Teamwork – I actively contributed to building a business model from scratch, directly influencing strategic decisions and growth.

  • Business Model Validation – Positive recognition from clients and partners confirmed our ideas and approach.

The Next Chapter: Business Analysis and Asset Acquisition

In Q2 of 2025, we’re launching a new business unit that I will lead: Direct Real Estate Investment and Co-Investment.

My mission will be to analyze deals and oversee asset acquisitions, ensuring rigor and precision in investment decisions.

What Can You Expect from Me in This New Phase?

  • Strategic Analysis – Careful, data-driven identification of opportunities.

  • Selecting High-Potential Assets – Focusing on properties with genuine, sustainable value.

  • Decision Support – Developing strategies to mitigate risks and create alternatives.

Although I feel slightly "nervous" about this new challenge, I’m incredibly motivated and determined to make it happen. I’m confident this will be another pivotal step in my personal and professional journey, aligned with my long-term goal: creating an investment fund specialized in cryptocurrencies and real estate assets.

What I Want for the Future:

In the coming years, my goal is to keep growing, but in a structured and strategic way:

  • Supporting Innovative Projects – Identifying opportunities that truly make sense in today’s context, with lasting impact (e.g., Real Estate projects focused on Long-Term Rentals).

  • Building Strong, Lasting Relationships – Working with those who value transparency and strategic vision for long-term partnerships.

While I recognize that numbers and math are my strong suit, the hands-on experience of recent years has taught me the critical importance of trust-based relationships, meritocracy, and aligning expectations.

At the end of the day, we’re all people with a shared goal: to continuously improve, grow, and positively impact the clients who trust us.

P.S.: I never imagined writing publicly about myself. But here I am. Mission accomplished. After all, what’s meant to happen really has its way of coming through.
